Start shopping in Replenish before you buy. Select the company whose Stock Token you want to earn. The reward rules shown at activation apply to that claim. Test offers and sample rates are demonstrations; live offers open only after their rates and funding are set.
A reviewer checks every claim. The approved reward is a fixed US-dollar amount calculated from the eligible subtotal. Replenish buys the matching company’s Stock Token at payout time, so the number of tokens depends on the current price. Trading and network costs come from Replenish’s funding budget.
Payment becomes eligible when the purchase is at least seven days old. A date-only receipt uses a conservative end-of-day calculation. Approval does not guarantee immediate payment: funding, a safe trading route, and the payout service must be available. Your claim shows its current status.
Stock Tokens are blockchain tokens, not shares. They do not grant shareholder rights. Prices and token values can change. Wallet login does not establish legal delivery eligibility. Read the issuer’s delivery restrictions before claiming a reward.
Tell the reviewer if you return or cancel eligible items. Manual receipt review cannot discover every later refund automatically. Replenish can reject incomplete claims or ask for corrections.
